Bug Bite Salve

This salve can be applied to bug bites, stings, infected ingrown nails, acne, and irritated skin spots.  Ingredients: avocado oil, beeswax, castor oil, plantain leaf, comfrey leaf, dandelion flower, lavender bud, tea tree oil, and lavender oil.

Comes in a 1 oz. size currently.

According to traditional use, some of the benefits of the botanicals in this salve are as follows. Plantain leaves can help wounds heal and reduce inflammation. They can also be used as a topical treatment for insect bites, stings, eczema, small cuts, and other skin ailments. Comfrey leaves help new skin cells grow, reduce inflammation, and keep skin healthy. Comfrey is used for bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis. Dandelions can help heal damaged or dry skin. Dandelions also have pain-relieving properties. Lavender buds Lavender can help reduce inflammation, which can help heal sunburns and soothe tender skin. It can also help with skin whitening, discoloration, blotchiness, and redness. Lavender can help control acne breakouts and relieve dry, itchy skin.
